Registration may be required to participate in available pack offers. Eligibility for any particular offer will be subject to Management applicable terms and conditions.

Products included in each pack will be as specified for the applicable pack plan. Product selection and availability may vary depending on stock.
Any discounts, points, referral benefits, or rewards will be provided only in accordance with the applicable offer rules and eligibility requirements.
Submission of the registration form does not constitute confirmation of an order. An order will be considered confirmed only after confirmation by the Management or its authorized representative.
Information provided during registration may be used for customer registration, order processing, communication, customer support, and administration of applicable offers and rewards.
Any cancellation, return, replacement, refund, or exchange will be subject to Management applicable policy and the conditions applicable to the relevant product.
The Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any pack offer, product, price, reward, referral benefit, or applicable terms, at any point of time.

This Terms of Service document (“Agreement”) is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules. It is generated by a computer system and does not require a physical or digital signature.
This Agreement governs your access to and use of the WEWIN platform, including its website, mobile applications, and associated services (collectively, the “WEWIN Platform”), owned and operated by RAJA ENTERPRISES, having its primary communication address at H No. 41/4, Kudligi, Vidayanagara 3rd Ward, Hosahalli Road, Vijayanagara / Bellary, Karnataka – 583135, India (“Firm”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). A natural or legal person who accesses, browses, or uses the WEWIN Platform is referred to as “you”, “your”, or “User”.
By accessing, registering on, or transacting through the WEWIN Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement. If a person under 18 years of age uses the WEWIN Platform, such use must be under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
To purchase products or access applicable services, you may be required to register by completing mobile One-Time Password (OTP) verification or by providing the required registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account.
You must promptly notify RAJA ENTERPRISES if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
RAJA ENTERPRISES reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account, refuse service, or cancel a pending order if fraudulent activity, misuse, abuse, or a violation of these Terms is reasonably suspected, subject to applicable law.
You agree to use the WEWIN Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Product Descriptions and Pricing: RAJA ENTERPRISES makes reasonable efforts to display product information, descriptions, images, and prices accurately. However, errors or inaccuracies may occur. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
Order Acceptance: Placing an order through the WEWIN Platform constitutes an offer to purchase. An order will be considered accepted only when RAJA ENTERPRISES dispatches the product or sends a formal order confirmation by SMS, email, or another designated communication method.
Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, RAJA ENTERPRISES will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the WEWIN Platform or purchased products. Any applicable liability will be limited to the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Serviceable Locations: Delivery is available only to serviceable PIN codes within India. RAJA ENTERPRISES may modify serviceable delivery areas from time to time.
Delivery Timelines and Delays: Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or during order confirmation. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, regulatory restrictions, operational issues, or force majeure events.
Shipping Charges: Applicable shipping, handling, or delivery charges will be calculated and displayed before order confirmation.
Failed Deliveries: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or inability to reach the customer using the provided contact details, additional delivery charges may apply or the order may be cancelled, subject to the applicable policy.
By Customer: A customer may request cancellation through the WEWIN Platform before the order is processed or dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be permitted.
By RAJA ENTERPRISES: RAJA ENTERPRISES may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or an unserviceable delivery location, subject to applicable law.
Eligibility: Products may be eligible for return if they are delivered damaged, defective, expired, or materially different from the product ordered.
Timeline: Return requests must be submitted through the WEWIN Platform within the applicable period communicated for the product, generally within 24–48 hours of delivery. Products requiring immediate reporting must be reported upon delivery.
Condition: Returned products should be unused and, where applicable, unwashed, and should be returned in their original packaging with tags, labels, accessories, and the original invoice, unless otherwise specified by the applicable return policy.
Processing Time: After the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by RAJA ENTERPRISES, the refund will be initiated.
Mode of Refund: Refunds will generally be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase, such as credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking, refunds can be credited as points. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer to the bank account details provided by the customer.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method, banking partner, and applicable processing procedures.

Legal Disclosure: Personal information may be disclosed where required or permitted by applicable law, court order, or a competent governmental or regulatory authority.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the WEWIN Platform or RAJA ENTERPRISES shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Davangere, Karnataka, India.
